I starred this, then took it back because, while this piece says Selim was the director of this episode, another piece tells us that he’s also an, if not The, executive producer. He really should have been better about knowing the continuity. It WAS his job.
Ending GotG (by far the best thing to come out of the MCU, IMHO, even if the 2nd film left a lot to be desired,) on top of all the other problems with too much expansion across multiple platforms has made it so I don’t really care about most of this stuff anymore. I can’t be bothered to keep up with every aspect of…
I mean, they’re attached to a machine that transfers their physical form and previous thoughts to another being, so is it all that far-fetched that it would keep them safe from the effects of radiation too?

Completely agree it was a bad choice, but I doubt it would be the one they made if they were going to continue w/ Cavill, so while a bad decision IMHO, it didn’t particularly surprise me in retrospect.
I’ve just got to put it out there: I find Meng’er Zhang, AKA Milva, to be a terrible actress. That would be OK if she stayed in the woods, but if she’s tagging along for the foreseeable future as one of Geralt’s main traveling companions as it seems is happening, I’ll have one more thing to bitch about because we’ll…

Please, God, no!
I know, right? It’s like summer-only TV series set up shop on USA year-round for a while there. It was great for mindless popcorn viewing.
It’s got humor like Ted Lasso, a lot of it won’t get your belly shaking without more context from more of the show most of the time. That said, it’s a pleasant watch, but I think this site overrates it in a big way by trying to make it a “hidden gem” when it’s not hidden...
blanched, double fried waffle fries are the key here. I see tots being mentioned, but they act like sponges. I’d imagine if Wendy’s made waffle fries with their anti-sog, heat-retaining properties, they’d be great.
A couple notes:
It seems like a pretty easy answer to come up with: Because they’d prefer not to be noticed or focused on by the world at large?
I mean... you did a quick search and didn’t check wikipedia?
IIRC, most of the US’ sugar consumption comes from GMO sugar beets and HFCS, so crying about a 10-15% loss in cane production shouldn’t be much of an issue except for the people who make Sugar In The Raw and Rum.
