I convert ePub to Mobi using Calibre, then load them to the Kindle...works great! I love my Kindle 3! It did something that took a very long time to do...get me back into reading!

As for e-readers, Kindle 3 all the way! I read a computer screen all day, so reading the e-ink is so easy on the eyes it was a no brainer for me.
