I have a 1070 as well but get ~50-60 on High settings at 2K. How are you getting that Framerate at 4K??

Might not be TOO crazy but for me it was I suppose. Ventured out in the middle of the night to this random dead-end road. Police were present the next street over and an ambulance crept by in no serious hurry. Also was the coldest night that Dallas experienced during the winter.
