Are you referring to the airport? That’s absurd. If someone stole or tried to steal a fuel truck, they would absolutely call the police and the person would have been arrested. If it were true, many people could have been hurt and expensive property damaged.

When were the kids removed? Jolie rented a house, took the kids and filed. The children were removed by her, not by any authority.

Child services would have interviewed everyone on the plane, including the children. I think if there had been any proof of abuse they would not have closed their investigation.
