It's true: Thank you!
I wish.
I once got in a pretty heated discussion with a friend over High Fidelity for the same reason. Rob is such a dick in the book: In the movie, he does a lot of the same stuff, but because he's John Cusack, we like him more
Y'know what's amazing is that there really aren't that many musical cues. I noticed this on my rewatch. Vivaldi gets thrown out a bit with Conrad's choir practice, but about the only scene that uses music to dramatic effect is the big confessional therapy scene. The majority of the score is eerily quiet, which makes…
DUDE. Pretty sure I was there!
Nope, it's amazing. (just the series)
Two Fucks is right: first solar eclipse visible in the continental U.S. since 1979.
It is SO GOOD
Thank you, changed above-
It's coming up on the TCA panels this afternoon: Downward Dog. I was also dubious, but it's much better than you'd think. With the lovely Allison Tolman!
And today Showtime announced that there will be a season four: http://www.avclub.com/artic…
Exactly. I like both of those performers so much.
I mean, the rosary wrapped around his dead wife's hands was a pretty clear sign, right?
I know. I would pay so much money for that Ice Cream Funeral yellow cassette. Mine broke from overplay.
The Flash is the must-watch for my kids and me every week. Have you tried the CW superhero shows?
That so reminds me: "Gangnam Style" was the rage of the entire kindergarten class when my kids were that age. I had never heard it, so had no idea why my son and his friends got sent to the principal's office for singing "hey, sexy lady" in gym class.
We had a short but acute KidzBop period. My kids' favorite song was "Uptown Funk." but even then, it was so tamed up that they were confused: "Why are the words so different?"
Oh man, sorry we missed this one when my kids were little. We loved us some Sandra Boynton board books.
It's a young version of Noah.
