Well, Clone Wars had Yoda meet something that was called “Darth Bane” when he visited a Sith temple... And Darth Bane created the “Rule of Two” because of Revan’s holocrons teachings...

But the thing they called Darth Bane likely wasn’t the Bane from the books, so it is unlikely.

I would only consider something “Cheating” if it were for something like a contest, or in a tournament. Essentially, if someone else has something to lose by you exploiting/bending the rules, it’s cheating. Like an aimbot, or invincibility cheats in a PvP game.

I found that by being someone who actually only cares about Assassin’s Creed lore to the end of #3, I found a decent movie out of this.
The thing that I found odd the most, was the ratio of “Present Day” to “Ancestor Day”... they completely reversed this for the movie.

I’d still prefer an “Offline/Single Player” mode and play it as a normal Final Fantasy.

I would almost say this game is too brutal... But then again my friends and I tend to start on the hardest way to play the game, and never usually make it past the Kings Man or the Phoenix.

I wasn’t referring to Build Fighters, as I already knew that since Build/Try/Kamiki Burning Gundams don’t share any parts with the God or Shining Gundams (while Build Strike was). The “other media” I am referring to is actually a few smattering of video games, including the one I picked up a while back, Gundam Breaker…

As much as part of me wants to correct you on the name of the Gundam itself, and I am sure the track was named differently as well... Even Bandai has kind of abandoned the “God Gundam” name in some media and are labeling it as the “Burning Gundam” more and more.

Sadly, it’s the same exact slog we had before, as the ways of getting higher gear are exactly the same. Rise from 385-400 will be the same as it was trying to get from 370-385.

As an older male, and long time Anime fan, I agree that the current Anime landscape is pretty bad... Especially when fan service is basically the point of a lot of the shows... Oh sure, they do other things in these shows, but it is always in service of titillation.

I’ll always love my Dreamcast for MS Gundam Rise From the Ashes... Still to date one of the very few action MS sims that seemed to “get” the feel of ground pounding giant mechs.

I played that game so much trying out all the variable mission objectives. Was so great for its time.

I just hope this DLC doesn’t use the “Breach” mode style of gameplay for this. That one stage in the game wasn’t that great, and Breach is garbage... Let’s hope it’s more actual “Deus Ex” game play, and not “Deus Ex tries to be a cheap puzzle game” game play... But the “stealing data” from the “Palisade Blade” sounds…

This is why I think GT gets a bit of a pass ( though I am not a fan of it). Because it was done almost right after DBZ ended, the same crews stayed and worked on it, despite Toriyama not having done Manga for it.
