Finally got around to watching GitS this week. Wow was it bad.

Two words: SPACE FORCE.

When WAZE is available I will sing it from a mountaintop! Oh that’ll be amazing!

I’d hoped more of the concept interior would have carried over to the production, that doesn’t look likely... :(

Wow this looks small. I think it’ll sell like crazy, but I won’t be suggesting my wife test drives it when our XT5 lease is up. She hated the Buick models she test drove which line up against this. The V6 really spoils you.

I SMH @ decibel restrictions at race tracks... What a world we live in where people that CHOOSE to purchase property NEXT TO A RACE TRACK can then dictate how it is used...

Nice that no jerks ever put brown sugar in his gas tank while on tour.

That person is the same kind that thinks “your own truth” is a winning argument.

I was chastised just a couple weeks ago because I replied to moon-bat posting with a Snopes article debunking it.

The response?

“You can’t trust Snopes to be objective.”

This effect is called apparent wind...

The science behind sailing is making some really, really wild leaps recently. The tech behind fully foiling race boats, from single handed Moth dinghy and A-Class Catamarans to the big America’s Cup boats is trickling down into other sectors. Foils which provide lift (but not

I loved it on my MkV GTI... RIP Sheila.

How the hell does this justify that sticker price?

Last summer in Finland we had a slick little silver Golf.

The 6 speed manual was heavenly. Made me miss my GTI sooo much I didn’t even mind the basic rental car engine it was so nice to row my own around the countryside.

Also, the automatic cruise control is freaky cool once you get used to it.

This is a car which I have a hard time with.

I see them fairly often being in Metro Detroit. I think its stunning and love the looks, that body line raking down off the tail light (reminiscent of classic Caddy tails) is executed much better than the rest of the lineup (including my ATS...).

The sticker price was crack

Summer of 2009, I was doing the Millenial Shuffle after being laid off the second time in as many years from Architecture firms in SW Florida. This meant having a hitch installed on my GTI and hauling my meager belongings in a Uhaul box trailer back home to my parent’s basement near metro Detroit.

Starcave of Thonboka: Confirmed.

We’ll always have Southshore, right?

“What plane?”

I was a kid in the 80s when the hype of the Cold War permeated a ton of our culture. Growing up near idolizing Chuck Yeager and the early space program. I can’t count how many times I’ve read the Right Stuff or watched the film, or Top Gun...

Reading the stories of what these planes could do, and what it took to

No kidding. I’ve been on the hunt for it at a reasonable price for 10+ years, and it keeps going up... :(
