Yeah I don't know about other places, but in the UK there is always a legal discourse for people to challenge a will. There are even instances of people donating everything to animal charities and the families going to court to get it back. The RSPCA actually goes to court to get the money.

I think it's the same treaty - I think the controversy is more to do with the crimes it covers than the evidence we have to provide. The issue is that a UK citizen can commit a crime in the UK that isn't a crime in the UK but is a crime in the US and the US can extradite them - that's the crazy bit.

"It's been revoked." is one of my favourite lines of any film ever. Just because it's so crap. Whenever I do something that would require a wry one liner I always just say "It's been revoked." My fiancee doesn't have a clue what I'm on about.

Yeah I just read into it - apparently the women don't believe it to be rape and believe it to be sexual assault. I remember why I was outraged at the time - it was dropped and then picked up again by a different prosecutor who 'judged' the allegations to be rape. That's why I thought it was a bit fishy.
