It’s dumb cause anyone can easily mod a PS3 at this point. The days of requiring a flasher are gone.

Huh! I do recall seeing an interview with Cliffy B saying they were inspired by Kill Switch but I didn’t know the same designer worked on both games.

Kill Switch invented it but Gears of War popularized it.

My nieces adore Towerfall and Overcooked. I’m actually good buds with the guys who make Ultimate Chicken Horse but haven’t played it with my nieces yet.

My niece is 7 years old and I was thinking of asking her to play Lara Croft and the Guardian of light today but she was too scared of any game “Where I can die”. We did Lego Batman instead (Thank you Epic Games Store!).

I played Wildlands single player for like thirty minutes and didn’t like it.

Ah ok. Last I played it was like 06/07 so yeah not shocking the price has risen over 12 years.

Runescape costs five bucks a month. 

I legit feel maybe they think this is short - lived so they wanna make their cash now while it's legal? 

Runescape quests play almost like point - and - click adventure games. They have you exploring the lands, talking to people, interacting with objects and characters while solving puzzles. They’re not kill quests and fetch quests for the most part but are actually pretty intricate, and like I said, very adventure game…

I mentioned to my teacher that the Tower Defense genre started as Warcraft 3 custom maps. He was legit surprised! 

I actually just don't play free-to - play mobile games cause I dislike the monetization model. Of the games you've mentioned, the only one I've gotten into is Overwatch. When it launched, I vowed I'll never spend a penny on the microtransactions and I'm happy to say that over three years later I've kept that promise.…

I don’t know what company this guy works for but I know people who did customer service for f2p mobile games and told me the exact same thing.

I have a DS emulator on my phone, I used it to play through the original Puzzle Quest two years ago and oh my god is that game still amazing. Never tried any of the sequels/spinoffs.
