The Vita is by far the best handheld I’ve ever owned. Still use it daily!

Demolition is the kind of Star Wars game we don’t get anymore. We really do need more weird Star Wars games. Stuff that feels more playful and has more personality than Battlefront II. Sure, that game might let you play as Vader and Rey, but Demolition let you kill Darth Maul while riding on the back of a Rancor while

This reminds me of how Overwatch monetized their cosmetics, year one they were 3,000 gold but after a year they dropped in cost.

Heh, you visited more of the country than I have! I’ve never gone further West than Toronto, never been to Vancouver or anything.

Yeah all right. I left that job about a year ago.

    Ah, ok. That makes sense.

    “Grand Quai”

Ah, I noticed they were locked but wasn’t sure how to unlock them. I assumed they just unlock by leveling up, that’s kinda crappy.

I played a few rounds, it’s a solid game. It doesn’t have the wall running and instead has Tribes - style skiing down a hill which is decently cool.

The monetization is cosmetic lootboxes, dude. It's fine.

Oof. My condolences go to Respawn, then. TF2 deserved better. Hopefully Titanfall 3 happens sometime, I’ve played through TF2 three times and it’s definitely my favourite shooter in recent years.

That’s just upsetting if true. =(

That mission isn’t actually that hard, it’s just that it’s super early in the game and expects you to already know how to fly the helicopters well. Helicopters take time to get the hang of, so the first mission you jump into with one requiring tight turning is just a bad idea.

    Anglophone Montrealer. :)

Reminds me of that time IGN interviewed John Romero and asked “What do you think the world would be like if John Carmack was researching a cure for cancer?”

Eugh, I guess West would have been the more appropriate word?

Last time I went to Ottawa was 2016 for the Chilli Peppers concert. I should take another trip down sometime. =)

If he weighed the playstation and then weighed the equivalent in fruit that just makes it all the more brilliant.

You’ve seen the light and began using your game-fate-controlling powers for good!

    That’s a 27 hour drive home.
