I was life hacking in the 80's! It’s great to keep learning, especially when it comes to potatoes.

As a kid, I discovered a lazy version of this. Take your baked potato, cut it diagonally at the top to make a “cover”. Then use your fork to make grooves inside, add butter, put the top back on. Wait a minute or two, take the top off, mix the buttery insides into a “mash”.
