Because the article’s author is a black woman, something you clearly are not, so she’s excited to feel identified with someone on that level. Something you probably can’t relate to because it’s something you’ve taken for granted your whole life.

In Sony’s defense, the PS5 is still a new system, only 8 months old.
Context matters here. Those games you listed have always been exclusive to the Sony ecosystem (Except Horizon, which is now available for PC as well).
Kinda late to the party, ain’t you? I made that comment you just replied to, 5 years ago.
By the point that outbreak, well, broke out, everyone in the world already has whatever it is that turns you into a zombie when you die. So there.
Funny how you see Negan as this ultimate evil that should’ve been dispatched seasons ago, while completely neglecting the fact that Rick and his group are really no different, and in many ways, worse. Remember, for all the hideous shit Negan has done, he’s never done anything as atrocious as going into a base and…
Sorry, I didn’t understand your reply. Is that something related to skins? Because if that is the case, nah... Paladins is more creative and fun when it comes to skins, IMO.
I’m a white dude and I’ve been thinking pretty much this for a good while now, but regarding movies, not videogames, but yeah, same thing. You see all this female-focused stuff in hollywood today, but it’s all (or almost all) white women. It’s better than nothing, sure, but there’s still a loooong way to go.
That’s an optical illusion, don’t be fooled. It’s a normal rabbit, the woman holding it just happens to be very, very small.
Yes. Incest can be consensual. Rape, by definition, isn’t, so it makes sense to have 2 separate caegories, yeah.
Now you gonna kill me. I actually like all of Emmerich’s movies, except for Independence Day 2 (or whatever it was called). Now that one was a fucking dumpster fire.
Completely unrelated but related: I loved Godzilla 98. Not ironically or anything, I genuinely loved it. I still think it’s a blast and much better than people give it credit for.
Daryl, Carol and Gabriel. Funnily enough, a character that was never in the comic, and 2 characters that were long dead in the comic by this point.
“Yeah it’s amazing no one has done it better”
I think you misunderstood their statement. The way I read it, at least, was “pulling a Wii U” in the sense of, making a sucessor that sucked, right after a massive hit. They’re asking to have at least 3 more years of solid Switch support before they make their next console that may be a dud like the Wii U was. :P
The responsible of this trend was, for the most part, Disney’s Aladdin, because of Robin William’s Genie. There is an awesome video on Youtube that takes a pretty damn good look at this whole situation, and it’s a really fascinating watch:
Ash, you could just try Paladins. It’s like Overwatch, except it’s had a black woman champ for years, now.
I always thought that was exactly how they should remap the controls if they ever re-released this game on another console and wanted a non-motion option. You know, the Sword handling was done exactly this way in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, it worked perfectly, so it just makes sense.
Releasing a sucessor doesn’t mean murdering the previous console straightaway. If it keeps selling well, Nintendo keeps it in shelves for years. Look at the DS after the 3DS’ release, or even the Wii after the Wii U release. The only console they actually dropped like a bad habit was the Wii U, and I think it’s no…
