One vote here for rebuilding your 360. It’s original, and when you’re done you will know it is in excellent shape top to bottom. You would also be able to spread the expenses over time: buy some parts, wait a while, buy some more parts, etc.

Interesting stuff. I’m not opposed to color but often end up with white as it’s the lesser of the evils. It’s not that I didn’t want a color, but all the colors were nasty. FCA doesn’t have any patent on slanted straight 6 engines to the best of my knowledge. BMW’s sixes have been slants about 30 degrees since the original big M30.
