Mad Max: Fury Road - From the second this opening sequence gets going, from the rusty and chrome fonts to the EXPLOSION of color on screen, despite it being one of the most barren settings in movies, you know you’re in for one wild ride. The better part is the quick little bits of radio and TV and Max’s grizzled

...and you could dress up like characters from a much better game.

I followed Wildstar like a hawk from its announcement, through the beta period, and up through its initial launch. (Action combat MMO helmed by a bunch of Ex-Blizzard developers? Yes!) I was always posting on the Subreddit and I loved the whole idea behind it. Just such a waste to see it dwindle down as much as it did.

Absolutely a different way to grant quests is something that needs work. WoW actually has slowly drifted away from the classic “Talk to dude A, kill thing B, bring thing B’s butt back to dude A.” Now you can stumble upon an event, pick up a unique item drop, or kill a specific enemy to get quests out in the world.

There’s still potential for a “New WoW” to emerge, but the problem with everyone trying still to this day is that they’re thinking of old design choices and gameplay ideas and not pushing boundaries on applying MMO-like activity to a different gameplay template. I mean could you imagine MMO like online play applied to

You’re never going to see an MMO that is a “throwback” style or design philosophy 100%. A lot of games have tried and then they realize nobody actually wants that when it’s too late and the whole playerbase flees the game in droves or they get burnt out too fast.

From LTT’s comment on a similar happening

People play violent videogames and watch violent shows and movies all over the world. And yet why are we still the one country with a huge gun problem? Oh right, the NRA.

Meeting with him will accomplish NOTHING. This is an example of the GOP shifting the blame away from the real problem, the NRA. They are not going to fix this with one meeting. Trump will ramble on about nonsense that has been disproved many times over and it’s basically the fucking 90's all over again.

There are dozens of studies that prove games and other forms of entertainment don’t cause more violent behavior. Usually games have been tied to LESS violent youth and are shown to increase mental acuity in a majority of people.

Warcraft IV is happening. It just happens to be called World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth. Look at the PvP features and the new Warfronts.

If there was a downvote button put in place just for one post for one day, I’d use it on you. On multiple accounts. This isn’t how anything decent works.

He’s wrong, but also not wrong. Why wasn’t a gun that dangerous locked up safely where someone like him couldn’t get access to it? Why didn’t anyone have the kid seek help, or at the very least get him some therapy time for what he likely got into? He was clearly disturbed before the incident, and yet they choose to

So instead we vote in the single biggest idiot in history just because the other person wasn’t a great idea? Sorry, I still don’t buy that. The other Republican candidates had actual plans and didn’t plan on being completely bombastic morons trying to goad North Korea into nuking us, destroying the EPA, and screwing

I’m a huge fan of the Charge Blade for melee because Axe mode can just devastate medium sized monsters if you land a full combo with the element discharge. For ranged I’ve fallen in love with the Heavy Bowguns. They can just devastate Barroths like no tomorrow and it makes taking on Wyvern types that much easier since

This headline is completely misleading. Yes, the agreement to reopen the government included DACA issues, but they have not killed the program yet. Is it completely a scumbag move to hold those in the program all but hostage in lieu of a “Yay” vote to reopen the government? Abso-freakin-loutely.

I’m surprised you didn’t post that Hiromi Tsuru was also the voice of Reina, the bartender at Serena, from Yakuza 0. She was a great character in that game too. Though admittedly her performance as Bulma outshines practically everything else she did.

I’m not making a blanket statement to everyone, just that it’s a preconceived stereotype because that’s what’s in the limelight. Not everyone is 100% the same, it’s just the most vocal bunch tends to be the ones the public gravitates towards as the example of a particular group of people. A very large majority of
