Warlords was a rush job, plain and simple. Too much is hitting us too fast. Highmaul’s lifespan was way too short; they should have delayed Blackrock Foundry for 6.1 officially and added MAYBE another 2-3 bosses to it and made it a whole new tier. 6.2 is more like what I expect from Blizzard when it comes to content

It’s not that the idea was sound. The problem was it opens up SO MANY legal problems in the process that this kind of marketplace needs HEAVY moderation on the level of Youtube or the like. The whole idea of paid mods was half-baked, and even that’s stretching it.

Our goal is to make modding better for the authors and gamers. If something doesn’t help with that, it will get dumped. Right now I’m more optimistic that this will be a win for authors and gamers, but we are always going to be data driven.

I can tell this Joker is all about style than substance. The punk influence of his looks are taken to a higher level with this incarnation. The chrome / silver teeth are an interesting touch, but I think it still feels right. The tattoos are where it begins to fall apart. You can still do plenty of imagery alluding to

But at the same time it’s perpetuating the problem with games these days is that studios are not taking risky moves and inventing something new and instead going the easy way with HD remasters and endless sequels.

Why do people even think this is a completely necessary remaster? Sure, it’s way more deserving than FFX, but FFVII is the most over-hyped game in the series. Yes, it has likeable characters, but it’s just plain good. Not this messianic hunk of godliness people claim it to be. If anything, FFIX and FFVI were better at

There’s some hefty implications to this trailer, especially which ending in Human Revolution was canon. The scenes with Jensen floating in the water to me imply the ending where Jensen chose to uncover the truth, but sacrifice everything is what leads up to this. Obviously this did nothing to the Illuminati’s plans

Hawken is definitely worth the attention again now that it’s under new ownership at Reloaded Games (the guys behind APB: Reloaded) and they’re promising to patch up some issues with the game and get new content on the way. If that didn’t happen, I would be prolly saying something involving a truckload of salt about it

Everything's for sale for the right price. >:3

Agreed. I own a late-2012 ROG-17 myself, and it's a beast. i7, 12GB of RAM, 750gb HDD, GTX-680M GPU. It's fast for a laptop and easily could trade punches with my last desktop (I have since updated to a newer i7 and an Nvidia GTX-780Ti with 16GB of RAM). My ONLY slight gripe with it was how finnicky it was about

Cooler Master makes good fans, cases, and cooling-related accessories (hence their name), but their power supplies are total junk. I've been a bit of a Corsair loyalist going on...5-6 years now. Built 3 different PCs, none of them had a real PSU issue at all.

Where's Metal Gear Ac!d 1 and 2? Seriously, such great games. I wish they would make more.

Japan doesn't have a movie industry worth the economy of a medium-sized island nation, so naturally the fault has to be somewhere. Of course their CG isn't going to be AS good as a Hollywood studio like Industrial Light & Magic or WETA Workshop, but you have to give them props for making it work well. I mean look at

I do admit, for all its flaws, the Death Note movie had some killer effects for Ryuuk.

Japan's been getting better and better over the past 2 or 3 years of major movies' CGI quality. Go look at the previews for the Parasyte live-action movie, THAT is some good CG effects. The Titans in this preview do leave a bit to be desired, but I'm gonna blame it on iffy video quality.

I'm inclined to agree with this. I've tried many times to actually get a game or two of mine off the ground, but it simply just takes way too many hats to wear to develop something solo. You either have to be REALLY good or really lucky to make something simple take off (see: Flappy Bird, Minecraft, Five Nights at

Everything is a remix and yet everything seems original. Copyright laws regarding musical works need to either have less retroactive bullshit like this or include clauses allowing for sampling of previous works. If someone's brave enough, Daft Punk can essentially be written off because isn't 90% of their music

I'd love to see a build album of this guy. Did he use an old Chuck E. Cheese animatronic as a basis for Freddy, or is it all custom-built? There are so many great subtle touches to him, like the squeaks and the slight "uncanny valley" he approaches like most animatronics built in the 80's did.

Honestly, Gigantic is in a whole other niche than what DOTA or LOL covers. The action in Gigantic is much more frantic and it's less about positioning and who strikes first, more about coordinating correct movements. DOTA and LOL do put emphasis on teaming up, but Gigantic I think leans much harder on it. There can

It's a MOBA that plays like a shooter. It uses the classic MOBA objectives of point-domination and attacking an enemy's base (in this case the base is a giant demigod monster).
