I used to go to the gym regularly, that stopped obviously.  My last gym workout was.....ugh, March 16th.  My arms feel tiny now (not that they were ever huge, but still, three weeks without working out sucks).  I’ve tried doing yoga to work out, and it’s something, but it’s not much.  Might start running.
