I mean, I’d drive it. Yes, it’s easy to crap on being Chinese, but imho the greatest thing about the EV revolution isn’t environmental consciousness or gas prices. It is simplicity. And for all our gripes, we’re ALL walking around with shockingly powerful, tiny, Chinese built computers in our pockets. And despite the…
As a hard left leaning guy, I concur here. The correct people are dead in this case and she should be allowed to move on.
Thing is, I think I’m more worried about saving the manuals than the wagons. And at this price the 2.0t Accord Sport 6-speed seems like an much better value. Yes, Yes, Golf Alltrack but.....meh. Just never been a VW guy and I think the 2.0t Honda will crush the Alltrack most times.
Finally! A political platform that cares about MY issues!
That’s a TON of battery production capacity coming from.......??? With China ramping up domestic EV’s fast I seriously have no idea where all these cells are going to come from.
Yeah that’s what I was just saying. My 328 hates 6th below 50-55 or so. It’s extremely tall. I use 5th a ton.
E90 328i 6-speed and I use 5th a ton. Do 3rd to 5th shifts nearly every day around town as there’s a large number of 45mph roads and 5th is perfect. Not sure if I’m geared differently or if it’s just an ILM speed thing.
Gowron crazy eyed star for you.
Agreed. BMW should immediately fire everybody at their ‘Ring dev center and move operations to Stelvio or the Tail of The Dragon or something. This obsession is killing them.
More bullshit excuses for penny-pinching. If you can get a Tremec 6060 in a friggin’ Viper, you can get one to handle a Turbo BMW six.
The Eject function on VW’s is disappointing.
Here at Crazy Guinney’s Crazy Idea Factory, we’ve got Crazy Ideas!
Agreed. And with Brexit and the Great Orange Tariff Machine even the Sport hatch seems on borrowed time.
Camry. Accord. Optima. Sonata.
*me looks at line-up full of CVT’s and decades old platforms
Except they’re not developing them. They’re buying them from ZF or Getrag or somebody. And conforming them to the car is a pittance when you look at it like I do, as a promotional device. Keep the enthusiasts happy and your reputation will follow. BMW is still riding it’s cachet from the 90's-00's, but the tread is…
I do know a woman who buys an Accord/Camry every six years and drives them into the ground every time. She roadtrips around the southeast once a month. She’s a prime CR customer and treats it like gospel. She also thinks I’m insane driving around in manual Bimmer’s and Fiat’s but hey, different strokes.
I come here to lend my Axe to Tom McParland on this. Evora is the correct answer. And I HATE to say it, but it may behoove you to not get the manual.
Can anybody do the math: At our current rate of airbag envelopment, how many years before we go full SecureFoam?
