True enough, though spend enough time dealing with the playdough that is German “plastic” and Fix It Again Tony doesn’t seems so bad.

I’m not a fan but it’s as/less offending as every other Blobvarian motorcar of the last few years. I’m more annoyed that’s it’s taking all the other bad things about modern Bimmer’s to eleven. Too much tech. Too much weight. Too much Luxury. And are they still talking about manuals or not? Because a roadster without a

Here ya go!

I hated it at the time. And the front end is still a bit BULBous without the M bumper cover. But damned if that thing hasn’t aged like wine.....

Oh thank god. A new M badge. Hurray.........?

I suspect the hatchback Civic is doomed on these shores. Type R/hatch are both UK produced and likely to get Trumped to extinction.

Forbidden fruit right there =)

Appreciate yes. But the E39 has a special place. If for no other reason than it was the last M car BMW said “Fuck statistics and buyer trends, manual only!”

Yup there are. I did College to 140 to get to PN that day giving this clusterfak a wide berth.

Well I mean, this and every other damn car made in the world. I did park next to a lime green Renegade today though, so if faux-tough CUV’s are your bag, you’re covered.

Meh. True Jalop’s only crave this one.

I mean, that’s literally polishing a turd right?

*Opera voice*

Don’t you DARE lump me in with those assholes. Manuals are extra work, which 69 year old white male boomers that are basically THE MAGA crowd would never embrace.

I literally JUST did this Raph. Saw a 124 Lusso walking my dog in pearl white. LED’s. Tan leather. Noice. Looked inside: Aisin Auto. Goddamnit. I don’t understand who accepts all the inconvenience of a small roadster but then declares the most fun part a bridge too far. Hell, resale alone is hilarious. Auto 124's are

I know you’re technically correct but......

the only lower end car I can think of that has that kind of brand cachet.

E36 coupe/convertible has the 2.5 in the 323 for 99/00 IIRC. So mostly right =)

I’m not so sure. It’s beaten to death, but the turn around at Volvo has been epic. Proper investment and engineers given room to do what they do can do wonders.
