This is a gratuitously bad take.

I do not understand how someone could get physical pain playing an N64 controller. Like, maybe if their hands were too big and rubbed up against the side prongs, but otherwise I dunno. Did you try and grab the analog stick while gripping the left prong? If so, why? There’s no trigger button on the left prong, only the

I understand how NFTs can be bad for the environment and how the nature of what they are and the sky-high prices some NFT artworks were selling for at auction could lead to reasonable ethical concerns.

It really is a disappointing turn of events.” - I don’t think you can call it a turn of events when what happened was EXACTLY what everyone knew would happen. I’m sorry - I’m sure they’re super cool guides and every ounce a labor of love - but unless you get pre-approval from Nintendo (in the form of a legally

Those guides in Gamestop have been officially licensed and there’s contract agreements. This guy was making money off of Nintendo property with no agreement.

Once again: Obvious thing that was going to happen, obviously happens.

I mean, stop trying to pull one over on Nintendo. Every week this site posts something where it’s like “Nintendo shuts down [X]” like, Protip: If you are working on something based off Nintendo property and you are not working for Nintendo, stop.

I think the console manufacturers would have been smart to delay their consoles. it was a big mistake to release them during this. and the PS5 and Xbox Series X just seem half baked and rushed.

Anyone who kept watching after Glen died is an idiot. This show has been garbage for years.

After directing Basic Instinct, RoboCop, Total Recall, Starship Troopers, Hollow Man and the Black Book, Paul Verhoeven now writes for Kotaku???

“ScottyEnn wades into Shang-Chi controversy with shocking take.”

Wouldn’t this indicate that there’s at least one way to misinterpret Chapek’s statement?

Look, I'm as pro-game preservation / emulation as a force for good where the industry constantly fails as anyone. But the difference here is that he charged access to stolen property, and if I remember right from the last set of articles, made a couple hundred thousand dollars doing so. This is not the grey area that

No... Just No... This was a bad rom site that charged for access. There is zero chance anything of value was lost. The effort this person put in was the bare minimum just to make some quick cash and they did it stupidly too, this is why they are being so badly burned by Nintendo on this. ANYTHING that was on this site

There are literally thousands of other sites hosting the same roms and the Internet Archive. It's going to be alright.

I see the main issue as the fanboys who have played the game rip into the movie because it doesn’t follow the game enough. Then you also have to cater to the general public who have never played the game. I think it narrows your options and makes video game movies, risky.

... I don’t agree with his reasoning.

I’m definitely interested to see this, but the trailer does rather make it look like another action movie in which Ryan Reynolds plays Ryan Reynolds.

The thumbnail gif makes it look like it’s made of a mountain of cocaine, which for GTA would be appropriate.
