Darren Rovell must’ve whacked off 5 times while reading this.

Anyone else see this move as pure pretext for a face and relationship-saving penalty reduction? Typically I would lambaste Goodell for failing to recuse himself from at least one of the judge, jury and executioner roles b/c he’s obviously not going to overturn himself. But I think it’s 80/20 that he’s overseeing this

I’m like, what’s the point? Why force yourself to eat something you don’t like?

“Get ready for comments like “kids should eat whatever is served to them or starve!””

If he’s tried the sprouts and knows he doesn’t like them, he shouldn’t have to eat all of them. Let the poor kid have a little bodily autonomy. The trick to getting kids to try knew foods is to continuously offer them in low-pressure settings. Being a drill sergeant about it is just gonna make everyone dread mealtime.

My thoughts exactly, but skip the "borderline." The selfie was a relevant and clever celebration, and Watt could have easily explained it jokingly.

I could be wrong but I don't think Alex Henery had much to do with the Lions D collapsing entirely and allowing Buffalo to breeze downfield for the TD and the 2 point conversion. The Bills looked like Richard Gere in Days of Heaven floating through a golden field of wheat.

Please God, don't let the Giants win the world series. The Bay gets even more asshole-ish than usual.

To all the folks alleging the great pitch-grooving conspiracy of 2014, a couple of rebuttals:

1. Perhaps you have heard of Buck Showalter, the Orioles manager. His team (the Orioles, for those of you keeping track) is currently playing to secure the best record in the AL, and therefore home field advantage throughout

Ugh. Now I'm going to have to listen to people talk about him hitting a walkoff homerun in his final game for the rest of my life.
(Yes. I know it was a single, and it isn't his last game. That's my point.)

He should thank the Orioles for not intentionally walking him, which they would've done in any other game.
