It makes the cutting board dry out and eventually split, but to me that is the price I pay for knowing I won't get salmonella. It's not like a cutting board is a precious heirloom to pass the germs to future generations.

Same here. The chopping board goes in nearly every day, and it’s 18 years old. It’s fine. As are the wooden spoons.
Well that's your fault for not authorizing it. God damn bureaucrats taking their time authorizing crap.
As I use my dishwasher for things I eat with, I’m going to not put things like brooms, garbage cans and potty seats in my dishwasher, thank you very much.
Same here. I always wash wooden spoons in the dishwasher. Never seen any ill effects.
Same. Wooden cooking spoons, rolling pin, cutting board...all that. Goes in the dishwasher. Had them 10 years, and still in great condition.
I've always stuck wooden spoons in the dishwasher with no ill effects (even a cutting board here and there)...what happens to wood?
I truly don’t remember anything about Hillary procuring rape drugs.
She’s a piece of shit. The woman stood by while her husband ruined the lives of an endless stream of his victims. Special place in hell for her.
Maybe not illegal, but definitely unethical. It's a wild animal. This is how tigers end up becoming developmentally stunted rescue animals.
Sorry, didn't realize how large that photo would be... She's about 10 weeks old in that pic. My advice before rushing out and getting a tiger...go out and buy enough steaks/chicken/pork to feed 30 people, and throw it in the trash. Do this again tomorrow. And the next day. And the day after.... You get the idea.…
So to put it short: It being not illegal does not save you from reactions of people you just offended.
If a cop says you are interfering with their work by filming, say, "Where do you need me to move to?" It should clarify that you have to right to film, you're going to continue to film, and if they feel they can use the "You're in my way" law to stop you from filming, well, they can no longer claim that you're…
It's a bit more complicated than that graphic states. While it labels New Hampshire as simply "16", I'm fairly certain the rule is like this (this is from memory, don't quote me on it):
Cops are allowed to lie to you, but you are not allowed to lie to cops.
Despite a rash of arrests, confiscations, and outright destroying of cameras and film, filming the police is not a crime. People who record cops have been charged with wiretapping, with hindering a police investigation, with criminal mischief, with harassment, with criminal mischief, and many other charges. However,…
Okay, so this doesn't apply to the actual border, where you'd have to show passport, to gain entry to the US. But in states like Arizona, there's checkpoints that are maybe 25, or 50 miles away from the border. These checkpoints are in breach of the 'Freedom of Movement' law. This law states that US citizens should be…
Back in the day, the MD law was 14 and 4 years, so anyone between 14 and 18 could do the deed with anyone who was no more than 4 years their senior, but you had to be 18 to boink a 22 year old.
While there are many components of Free Speech in the US that people are often incorrect about (it only applies to the government for example... Many people forget this), one particular thing that people seem to believe to be illegal but is actually a legally protected right is hate speech. Whether the right to burn a…
