I saw a BMW with its turn signal on once.

My brother got hit by an Intrepid in a ‘83 Mercedes 300td and it folded like an accordion. All older cars do this. That's why newer cars weigh 1,500lbs more than their older equivalents.

“You could see smoke coming out from the wheels, he was taking the curves that fast.”

I'd rather buy a BMW hooned by Clarkson than a Camaro driven by a Jalopnik employee

330d as a permanent replacement for a M3? And the owner is content? Why did he even buy the M3?

I had one of these in green. This isn’t it but it’s pretty much identical. Loved that car! We used to cram five people in to drive to the Bass Clef jazz club in London back in like ’90/’91

I’ve never seen a car look like it’s having so much fun.

Doesn’t this make you want to move to Poland and be a crapbox rally driver/crasher?

People always use the shortened version. You have to make sure to finish the job.

Wow. That sucks.

Glad to know I’m not the only one going to hell.

Allen said he saw the cyclist at the last second, but he was coming too fast.

I think it has been well documented that there is nothing that can’t be improved by sticking a bloody big pushrod V8 in it. Do you recall Clarkson’s V8-powered blender? It was better, right?

Flag on the play:

Inclusion of aftermarket, straight pipe, or altogether deleted exhausts. Ten yard penalty and loss of journalistic integrity. Second down.

Like a lot of the cars on this list aren’t like that? “I put an exhaust on my V8 and it sounds like a V8!!”. If you put a nice exhaust on a Hemi Ram...it sounds like a Challenger. That’s the same concept for most of the V8’s on this list.

Ehhh. I thought this was going to be factory, unmodified cars (Like the V6 Camaro that started the discussion). Adding an exhaust? C’mon.

“I want rumbly V8 power but I want it in the most boring way possible.” -The owner of this car.

FWD sure kicks the pants off RWD living in Canada. Having to load up your trunk with extra weight so you can get enough traction is really terrible.

Freakin’ love the 3-blink! Keeps my hands on the wheel while making the quick corner or lane change.

People have issues with 3 blink turn signals? I only wish the manufacturers would let you adjust it to 4 or 5 blinks through the car’s on-board displays. You can adjust some of the Audi/VWs using a factory or aftermarket diagnostic tool to configure it for a 4 or 5 blink.
