I think manufacturers offer manual in the lowest trim/engine option so that they can say, for example, “Jeep Renegade starting at only $ xx,xxx”. But beyond beig able to advertise the lowest starting price possible, they don’t care to offer manual with any trims/engines. In their eyes, there’s no market for manuals...…
