I love em both but yes, you nailed the Beyond description. Beware and be prepared for the Impossible. You cannot tell the difference, it’s really quite impressive.

As a vegetarian that will cheat every 3-6 months with a real beef burger, can say: Beyond is very good but will be called out as being a substitute. The Impossible? A dead ringer for the real thing, heavy sauces need not apply.
