Honda NR750 was the first bike I thought of.

I like your style! Bimotas are eye candy, especially the SB6. I would fill my garage with 90's homologation specials: Honda RC45, Yamaha YZF-R7 (OW-O2), Kawasaki ZX7RR, Aprilia RSV Mille SP, Ducati 996R. And for good measure an Aprilia RS250, I have a soft spot for two strokes.
