How is iOS not a stiflingly closed way to communicate. The only phone OS for libertarians is Android.

I agree. Phones and tablets are set up to consume content, but full computers are used to create content. I'd have a very hard time developing a website between my FTP program, a few browsers windows, my text editor, and image manipulation programs if I could only see one at a time.

The only reason I still use netflix is its tight integration with xbox and the fact that it's fairly stable so when friends come over I'm not annoying them if a stream from my personal server drops out or something. The content selection has not been very good.
