Why don’t more cars have auto-on lights? pretty much every GM i’ve driven/owned since 2000 have them. However I know the Chevy Sonic doesnt have that feature. Guy at work had assumed it had auto-on just like his pontiac g6 did, until he was pulled over for no tail-lights one night.

I had a 1993 silverado and loved it. easy to work on and cheap parts. it didnt rattle that much. when i first bought, it handled like shit and road like shit. after new shocks, replacing the steering components, and getting new tires it was fine.
