this one’s a double-whammy, or next-level evil, if you will: not only is it a slide show, it’s a slide show of VIDEOS.
How can you possibly make a list like this that leaves out making foil hats? Whether you’re trying to keep the government or aliens out of your brain or you just want to have fun, foil hats are the #1 non-cooking use of foil.
As a redhead who burns easily and needs SPF 50 on a cloudy day (I may be exaggerating a little bit, but not much), I’ll share my sure fire advice to not getting burned. NEVER, EVER, GO OUTSIDE! BIG BLUE ROOM BAD! BURNING ORANGE BALL HATE YOU! NO GO OUTSIDE!
Funny story for me and putting weights on the bar. I played football in high school and college and weight lifted seriously into my 30s. I was going to a small gym which was in a small barn, privately owned of a friend of mine. They had a wall of records (bench, curl, squats, leg press, etc.) I had about 7 of the 20…

Yeah, I’m way past lifting 1RM at my age. I want the strength, but not the bulk and injuries.
So do “yellow cards.” But they have been the standard for international travel for decades. I am keeping my vax card with my yellow card. My yellow card documents my yellow fever vax, which is nice now that we have yellow fever carrying mosquitos in FL. And yes, they accepted that at many different immigration/customs…
I get it. The minimalism thing. Some folks prefer this.
Do NOT Take a hot shower. Hot showers will open your pores and allow the oil to get deeper into your skin. Take a cold/cool shower, and use dish soap to break the oil down.
