@Kristinkles Ingabogovinanana: in this case, kristinkles, it is. inasmuch as following the logic from alys, above, in regard to cat-calling from men who come from spanish-speaking countries. these particular workmen are doing a giant city-funded project, and they are all south-american.

this is such a hot button for me. i work in a rather desolate part of the city where there are tons of construction workers (sorry, i hate to stereotype, but it is what it is). the whistling and hooting doesn't feel complimentary, it feels menacing. over the summer, i always slipped a long sleeved shirt on over any

because it's far better to have felons serving than gays.

@Yogs: what's more disturbing is that this bigot with the crappy grammar is the VP of the board of ed. only a little irony there

@Love Monkey: actually, she took herself out of the running because she'd gotten knocked up by duffy

@Spacemilk: i hate this argument. it's the same slippery slope argument that the left uses to shoot down gay marriage: if we allow all marriages, would we allow people to marry animals.

rosie goes crazy every xx months. i know, i worked for her company so, indirectly, her. there are months of clarity and even possibily kindness, but then comes the crazy. so she'll be just fine for oprah for a period of time, and then the madness will begin. (which isn't to say she has any real idea about the world

@PhiloSophia: back in the day (and it wasn't so long ago) men had no expectation that there weren't going to be pubes down there. i know, i'm a hundred years old. actually, 45. i shaved once and spent the next two weeks unable to even walk without cringing.

@randomnessish: i'm nearly 45, and i have dated younger men. they think having pubic hair is, for lack of a better word, "bad." i wrote a comment on this thread earlier. i think the "trend" of hairlessness has happened really, really fast and it upsets me. i think i'm a sexy woman, i don't think being shaved/waxed is

@wish_i_was_hiking: i am also a redhead, and before all this shaving hoopla men used to get fascinated by the whole curtains/carpet thing.

@grumpygirl: that would be "pubic" hair, not "public"

am i actually the only woman in america who has her own public hair? i feel like shaving has become the norm and that's not a place i'm going. how did this happen so fast?

anal is absolutely the fastest way to get me to come, every time, numerous times in a row, and intensely. only once did regular sex give me an orgasm that strong.

as a product designer whose work has been copied by big corporations, it's an absolutely sucky thing to have happen.

this is a horrible story, and it plays out every day here in nyc. heart-wrenching. custodial parent or not, i can't imagine that being pulled from a playground by men in ski-masks would fly by any judge. pure and simple, that's child abuse.

did it ever occur to your doctor to type test your outbreak? you might have had herpes 1, in the #2 place. which means you won't likely ever have another outbreak or spread it.

this story made me cry.
