Tanks get better traction on dead bodies that were previously alive.

Tanks prefer dirt roads over asphalt.
More than likely the “damage” to the armor was the reactive armor canisters on the side of the tank and not the actual armor.
Any tank jockeys know why it spun out? It almost looks like the tank tried to slow down and just lost it.
Joe Biden has owned that Corvette for fifty years, and drove it hard and frequently before he was Vice President. He is not the reason Corvettes don’t get driven.
Joe is 74 years old. He worked hard all his life and then became a great politician who ended up being next to the most powerful man in the universe. Now their 8 years are done and an orange guy lives in their house.
Even after all these years I still don’t entirely get the drift scene, but damn is it fun to watch.
The day Tom died, I sent my local NPR station the biggest donation I had ever made to a charity of any kind with a note to keep airing Car Talk as long as they could. I don’t care it’s not new, I still get a big grin when I hear that banjo music on Saturday morning.

As much as I hate to disagree with the BRRRT...those shells wouldn’t do diddly squat to actually punch through. They may be a mission kill, but an A-10 won’t do much to destroy any modern MBT. Now, the big missiles like Maverick and more recent additions...no sweat.
Drones cannot hold land, and war without holding the land is pointless. Ground and naval troops and weapons will be with us for the foreseeable future.
Meh, a Canadian sniper just got a confirmed kill at 2.2 miles, with rifle.
Is the T-14 capable of indirect fire, based on information from a spotter? It seems like it’d be trivial to treat its cannon like a mortar, and use spotting and corrections data from, say, satellite, ground drone, or aircraft.
I’m originally from Colorado Springs and grew up with this as a normal summer event. I have to say I thought it was more fun before being paved. I remember those drivers having to point the car at the cliff, put one front wheel in the ditch and let the tail swing around to get through the turn. Its sure a lot…
