The thing is, that as a sales point, i dont see it selling. I mean, its only one trim. And thats it. Do you get me? the CTS has like 2 or 3 Trims, so does the Charger/300..

It is but most people who buy Muscle Cars buy 2 door cars not sedans. I just compare it with lets say.. the Pontiac G8 GXP was 35K Invoice, 37MSRP. Its the same exact car... Of course a couple of years have passed but even then, the G8 still looks better than the SS.

COTY!!

Yeah well a Camaro with that amount of horses runs for about 35K. Mustang GT starts at 31K. Thats a lot V8s for cheap. Even though the Impala is there, is not really the same vehicle. It doesn't represent it.

.

With a starting price of 43K, i really doubt the SS will be successful.

I wouldn't waste my gas on an S2000 if I had a Carrera GT. Unless I was at the tracks :)

I still can't believe this actually happened. RIP Paul Walker. We will never forget you.

That's exactly what i was implying. Wranglers hold their value very well. So well that used ones cost about 2K less than new ones. I can speak on the subject because my brother was on the market for a Wrangler a few years back. He ended up with a Crew Cab Silverado (nothing to do with Wranglers)

How so? It looks like a Sports car, it has enough HP to keep up with most sports cars in its class (even if its a bit heavy). Its RWD. I think that's a pretty good formula. If is overpriced or not is a different story. People keep comparing this car to Mustangs and Camaros. Back when the 350z came out, the Mustang

I know i know. I was just trying to see what reactions i would get. I have actually been close to these cars for the first 15 years of my life. So i know how crappy they are. They don't look that bad in rally though :)

The Lada 2107. Maybe a coupe variant with Rally-style Flares and modern built quality.

So just because is expensive is not a sports car? Lmao. That's a first.

Nothing beats South Florida's heat. The damn swamps release so much humidity during the summer....

Use Wranglers usually cost about the same as the new ones.

You asked if I had driven or owned a CVT equiped car and I answered your question. I still dont think a CVT transmission its a good transmission for such an awesome car.

@ sschwing
I understand that. I'm just saying the transmission is not fitting for such a great car.

Exactly. A Sporty coupe with no power to back it up. At least the Eclipse had a Turbo version.
