I don’t think you understood me correctly. The final answer to all our “whys” is always HAPPINESS. This is ultimately what we all strive to achieve, so if we keep asking ourselves “why” we will end up with “to be happy”. HAPPINESS is the ultimate reason for pursuing your goal.

It has nothing to do with needing more sleep and more to do with needing more time in the day. I’m much happier when instead of sleeping I actually do something productive during those extra hours.

There are various stages to a conversation. They start with small talk (meaningless subjects) and progress to big talk(meaningful subjects). The trouble is getting out in the middle of big talk, so my trick is to lead the conversation back to small talk which gives both parties a sense of wind down.
Its much more valuable to “know how” NOT “know that”.
Since life is based on weekly cycles, I usually need week to see if the habit will work for me. Therefore once I know I can maintain it for a week I go for another 9 to make it stick.

This is very good advise. I keep a log of any mistakes or wrong decisions I have made and solutions on how to avoid them in the future. It helps me cope with making the mistake as well as realize the growth as a result.
