The masks don’t take up vault space anymore. Last patch added a holiday kiosk.

Luckily, there’s now a mask kiosk near Eva. You don’t really have to worry about vault space, when it comes to masks! ;)

There is a Mask Collection Kiosk in the Tower now. So you don’t have to hold them in your vault any more.

Hope you’ve kept space in your vault for a whole shitload of masks!
