Nintendo takes a cool game series where fans ACTIVELY want more, then strips it of everything that makes it that series and fills it with generic shooter marines walking through corridors. I love Metroid Prime. I love the feeling of exploration and investigation. Samus is SO COOL. These guys are uninteresting — the

People want to play the game again, at high res, using hardware that can handle it better than the PS1 did. If the iOS version is anything to compare to, the PC version is exactly what fans of the game seem to want, so people are naturally relatively excitable in regards to the release.

I caved and bought it on IOS because who am I kidding anyway, JRPGs are for commutes. Loving the remaster regardless! The Touchscreen controls are great and it looks good and runs well.

Hopefully the PC version stacks up in comparison, whenever it comes out!

Not a new fan, have been watching DOTA for years. I don’t need public validation, I just want professional hosts.

Vocal people will be vocal, but in my experience going to live events (for both other eSports and Fighting games) there are huge amounts of people interested in high production value and professionalism. People wanting dick jokes are better off gone, good riddance. They’re holding a medium they like back. It’s kinda a

Sounds like the guy was an ass, holding back a cool tournament from being a genuinely professional event, even in the face of technical difficulties. Those comments weren’t ‘high brow’ and if his audience is amused by dumb and disrespectful masturbation jokes to open a huge eSports event, I’m glad he’s gone.

Very, very poignant and funny show. Worth a watch for sure.

Justice has been served!

I am excited to play it for sure! I’ll just buy it after a few patches. Years and years of Telltale games eating my saves before bugs get all ironed out has really broken my ability to buy games at launch :(

Sigh. I was excited for this game too. Guess I won’t be buying it until it’s finished and actually released...oops, I mean complete, because we keep releasing incomplete games it seems.

I got gifted this game, installed it for a lab party, didn’t end up playing it and assumed I had uninstalled it during a hard drive clean. Didn’t realize it was straight up broken. Interesting. It’s a damn shame this sort of crap keeps happening when it just plain shouldn’t.

So it’s a competitive fighting game without any weighty extra baggage? awesome!

Fallout in my home state of Maine? No way!

Seems at least a little bit inspired by the ever-excellent Pathologic. Neat!

I spent 6 hours last night going pretty quickly through the game... And I didn’t think I was close to the end at all. Huh...

Archivism is so important, and this is an amazing effort. Good work to the folks that implemented this!

Thanks Anthony Gallegos!

These are my new V-day plans! I already owned the game once back in the day and have played it, but my boyfriend hasn’t. What a great excuse to pay for it again! Thanks for the tip.

Thanks Ubisoft! Keep it up.

I watched the first episode this morning. While it wasn’t amazing, I could see it airing on whatever networks air these kinds of shows. I actually kinda liked it! It was kinda funny and amusing, in a surreal, funny punk’d kinda way. I already pay for Red for the basic features + desire to have internet content not dry
