Yes, that’s exactly what it was.

Alamo Theaters are so amazing. We have one in Kansas City and I will only go to another theater if I’m taking my kids to a movie. Frankly, I don’t understand why adult moviegoers would want to go anywhere else.
Thank you for the recommendation! I will check it out.
Interesting. I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to be sick of shows about white people because I’m white. Thanks for clearing that up.
Totally agreed.
LOL. I didn’t think of it as a problem, simply a disinterest in watching more stories about rich white people and a desire to see and experience stories about diverse peoples and perspectives. I won’t apologize for being interested in hearing what everyone has to say instead of just one privileged group of people.…
I hear what you’re saying. I didn’t mean to imply that this show was like the WoWS, for me it is just that that movie pushed me over the edge. I know that this is different, I am sure that there are many great movies/shows out there about rich white people. I am just ready for something else — someone else’s stories.…
I’m sure the show was good, it’s just... it’s like my capacity for watching white, rich people talking to each other is full and I just can’t fit another movie/show in, no matter how good it is. I saw the first preview for this show and I thought, “Ugh. More of the same.”
I just couldn’t do it. I’m so tired of all of the rich white people in every movie and show. I can’t stand it. I lost my ability to be mildly interested in rich white people movies/shows with the Wolf of Wall Street. I remember watching the preview thinking, “I. CAN’T. EVEN. NO. MORE. DONE.” I have so had it with rich…
Yeah, not good. I’m guessing he watches tons and tons of porn. That all sounds like porn brain.
I feel like I’ve heard this news before. Was it in 1931?
This does not surprise me at all. Around a third of people also have a problem with people of another race, religion, ability, language... Also that same third of people still support Trump.
YES! And that doesn’t shrink up four sizes the instant you get near a washing machine.
“Where are the spaghetti strap sundresses with built-in bras? Where are the structured, cotton mid-length dresses in dark colors to hide the sweat? Why aren’t there any nice summer tops that are both breathable and allow me to move my arms around in a sensible matter? Where are the fashionable tank tops made out of…
Thanks for trolling! Have a good day.
Whatever... It doesn’t slow traffic blah blah blah. You know what? It is rude! It is annoying! It is disrespectful! Every time you do it you increase at least ten people’s risk of a heart attack. CUT IT OUT.
So much this. I remember reading a few years ago about Kirstie Alley in one of her weight downturns. She mentioned wearing a size 2 or 4 bikini or some such nonsense. You’re not fooling anyone...
All I could think of when I saw the ads for this show was, “Oh, another rich white people show.” I just can’t watch any more of them— even though it’s women instead of men in this one. I’m just tired of it.
We try so hard. We don’t say fat, thin, ugly, pretty, black, white, anything. We avoid all talk of categorizing or judging someone based on their looks, disability or ability, everything. It has worked well, but the negative and positive connotations have seeped in from the outside — mostly from other kids at school.…
This looks exactly like the kind of music videos that they show on Yo Gabba Gabba.
