I spent the last five years living in the suburbs, making a 30-35 minute commute each way, depending on the day’s traffic. In reality it should have only been 17-18 minutes.

It was cringeworthy up until the end where the little boy starts talking about loving the chicken and he rushes over to take it away from him. At that point it was outright awful.

There is some sort of expiration, because I bought this deal around Black Friday, and was notified about two or three months later that if I didn’t send my measurements in soon they would just store credit me for the amount that I had spent. I ended up taking the store credit, and just recently applied it once the

These work great in my closet, where there isn’t any wired lighting. It’s great for in the mornings getting ready before the sun comes up.

I’m liking what I see in the “round up” feature. That’s something I was very interested in. Hopefully it ends up feeling as seamless as Digit has.

I’ve loved Digit and the way it works more or less in the background. I don’t even notice the money being gone. Having said that, I think they priced themselves too high, and should have offered a less expensive option for long time users, or a lifetime subscription option. None of these other options seem quite

Agreed. It’s too bad that Lightning certification is apparently too expensive for case makers to justify having them use the Lightning port to charge the case.

Unfortunately my employer doesn’t offer any type of 401(k) match, although we are one of the few places still with a pension (state worker). So this month’s challenge will be lost on me. However, I am still doing the January money challenge by putting $125 aside every week (average of $1 first day, $2 second day,

I loved Ben Bailey on the show, so I went and saw him do stand up a few months ago near me. Sadly, not nearly as funny as he was on TV, and now it has ruined my view of him.

Pretty sure you meant < $30

I’m planning to keep it running for the whole year, except for August when I’m getting married and may need a little extra cash on hand. I don’t even miss the money while it’s being taken out automatically, which really blows my mind when I think about it.

The challenge was to get rid of unused subscriptions. So yes, I’d say I accomplished that goal. And put an extra $500 away on top of that. What did you do?

At the insistence of my future mother in law, we canceled our Netflix and started using their account. We very rarely watched it anyway, so even if we hadn’t had their account to fall back on, I doubt we would have missed it much. Otherwise, we use the rest of our subscriptions regularly. I also bit the bullet and

I don’t think this is meant as a fix for those who do the static holds like you are talking about. After all, that’s only about an inch or so in depth difference. This is meant for those who only go down about 3-4 inches in their pushup, and still have quite a ways to go to the floor.

I did it and it was incredibly easy. I changed the challenge from a $1 increase every day, and instead just averaged the total for the 31 days ($456) and divided it by four weeks in the month ($114/week). Every Friday, $114 was taken out of my checking and went into my savings, and I didn’t even notice that it

My fiance is Christmas crazy (4 trees and numerous additional strands of indoor lights), and I wanted to do Homekit to make it easier to turn them all on/off, but they were all so damn expensive. I went with this instead. No timers unfortunately, but we were able to turn off all of our lights with just one remote.

Same but on iOS. I’m a big fan of Messenger.

Daily makes it easy to do it in manageable chunks. $1 $2 $3 is all small and easy to do, and people won’t really feel the “sting” easing in to it like that. Otherwise it comes out to be around $15/day, which people are more likely to shy away from doing right off the bat.

I typically do avalanche, but if I get a windfall I’ll put it more in an snowball if it’s enough to completely wipe out one of the debts. There’s something satisfying about paying something off completely. Unfortunately it looks like the Google Sheets version still only supports 10 creditors.
