That makes a lot of sense. You’re clearly in the wrong place.

This is where my inherent contempt for people who insist on distinguishing between “high” and “low” art runs into my inherent contempt for people who insist that any form of expertise is elitist and untrustworthy. Is Scorsese wrong for dismissing an entire film genre out of hand? Absolutely. Are MCU fans wrong for

Welp. I don’t need to type anything, this literally covered everything for me. Thanks Grandpa.

There’s kind of an off tone here. The premise seems to be that maybe people only liked Borderlands because they were immature and young and now they are old and seasoned and won’t? I guess that works if you assume that the player was X age (maybe your age?) when they first started playing but now they have “been to a

Immodest as it may be, I love your user name.

There was a King of Queens episode that made reference to a movie supposedly starring Erik Estrada and an ape called McCormick & Jojo. In the movie Erik Estrada apparently says to the ape “You not only saved my life brown eyes, you made my life worth saving.” Carrie thought that Doug made that line up himself when in

My apologies for the length of this. I wanted to e-mail it to you but since I can’t find your e-mail address:

I understand the arguments people have for automatic transmissions, especially the people two only look at 0-60 times as being the barometer of enthusiasm.

Exactly. Thank you. Finally someone who understands non-Euclidean geometry.

Gotta say, that z-shaped sub looks mighty tasty. Got it down at Tetris Mart, did ya?

Yeah, there is definitely a similar effect at work for both Event Horizon and, say, Watership Down. Having come back to Watership Down as an adult, do I find it all that terrifying? Eh, not really. I think it’s just an adult film, probably a soft-R-rating for the fact that they don’t shy away from the fact that bites

I mean, it’s pretty campy, and I think it stays in “funny campy” instead of “we were trying to be serious” campy for the most part. Where we’re going, you don’t need eyes to see is a great, memeable line.

Something to note is that David Murray is also known as The 8-Bit Guy, who has several youtube channels. On his 8-Bit guy channel he does retro hardware reviews and restorations.
