@Jason Torchinsky - In the Rover groups, we’ve pulled the headliner, ripped off the fabric, scraped the crud off the backing, and given it a couple coats of bedliner. Tough, won’t stain, and will never sag.

Another popular fix is removing the headliner, scraping all that foam crap off, and giving it a couple coats of bedliner.
