Concerts, other sports, the movies...in my experience what you describe is not unique to baseball.

People don’t have nearly the disposable income that they used too as a whole. There are many more distractions in 2019. Many more choices on what to spend what little extra $$ you might have. Every game is televised locally. Beers are $11. Parking is $25+. Ticket prices for decent seats are higher. I was a Tigers…
