That was a rumor floating around when Earth-616 was introduced. It didn’t help that it was first used by Alan Moore, though he claims he chose the number by the date Fantastic Four #1 was published (June, 1961) and to differentiate it from DC’s Earth-1, Earth-2, etc.

Pretty much all of his creator-owned work is deeply problematic. There’s a lot out there— googling “Mark Millar racism” brings up multiple examples, but this page is a decent overview.

I mean, he keeps working with Mark Millar and that dude’s overtly racist.

The interview Billy West did with the AV Club years ago about the disrespect the voice actors received during and after the making of Space Jam shows just what Hollywood thinks about that particular branch of acting.

Looks like a member of the race of Zek’s assistant. Memory Alpha says they’re called Hupyrians.

That was the plan after Nemesis; The villain was going to use time travel to gather a few classic bad guys, so Picard did the same thing, getting help from the various casts.

“Artist" Greg Land.

They were. Since they were shot on video, when they went back to remaster TNG, they had to completely re-edit each episode, which is why the TNG DVDs were so expensive and they still didn't make enough to do it again with DS9 and Voyager.

Apparently, remastering TNG lost Paramount money because of how the shows were shot; there's a few minutes of remastered DS9 footage for the documentary, but that's probably all we're going to get.

He earned the nickname “Two Takes Frakes” on the set of First Contact from his efficient shooting.

John Oliver also built a tour so he can pay his staff during the strike.

The Apollo 15 crew snuggled the Fallen Astronaut memorial plaque and statue and didn't tell anyone about it until they'd returned to Earth.

It’s been a while, but Hank Pym was replaced by a Skull who turned Jan into a bomb. Thor basically mercy killed her/shuffled her to the Microverse. Norman Osborn shot the Skrull Queen, Veranke, winning the battle and was out in charge of S.H.I.E.L.D., which he renamed H.A.M.M.E.R.

Not to mention every season of Picard went back to the well and dragged out the Borg. Season three was ten hours of "REMEMBER THIS?!"

The Starfleet Academy pitch was a way to cut costs since they could pay the younger actors less. It died the moment the original cast caught wind of it.

Man, I thought bustin' made you feel good.

...Goddammit

There’s a whole canon genre of Klingon opera and they had them sing some bullshit pop?!

I found a huge chunk of the Image series at a convention and snagged them. I haven’t read them in probably fifteen years, but I recall mostly enjoying them, even if some of the choices were a bit much.

It has to be better than the theatrical cut, at least in regards to editing, because, eesh, that movie is a mess. Batman v Superman had similar problems and the Ultimate Edition or whatever the hell it’s called is more coherent, but it still suffers from the bad story choices.
