The problem with the JSA showing up and saying “murder is bad” is that every single DCEU movie solves its problems with killing. Fingers crossed this is the classic JSA that’s been around (mostly) since the 40s, because that’s got a lot of potential.

Atom Smasher debuted as Nuklon in 1983's All-Star Squadron #25. In 1996, he was in the weird line-up of the Justice League with no real big names.

The wings are for control.

Fun Fact: The comics version of Civil War was supposed to end with Hulk returning from Sakaar with an army invading New York in the middle of the big final battle instead of the even worse ending Millar wrote.

Prospect can be sketchy, but so’s Power & Light most any night. Had a friend who works in a hospital and they told me they get triple the rape victims from P&L every weekend.

Excelsior Springs is a separate town, their cops have to eat the murder stats; KCPD is fine with that.

It was a corruption thing decades ago when KCMO was an organized crime hub, I believe.

The reason vegan meats can’t compete pricewise with meat is because A-- meat companies pay their workers shit and B- the government subsidizes the industry, so they can afford the lower prices.

Jennifer Hale, in addition to being a scab, is also an antivaxxer and thinks vaccines cause autism.

I’m 90% sure a condition of his parole was house arrest, that would explain why. Plus, he could charge extra for his speaking appearance if it's his venue.

Definitely needed another episode or two. Or longer episodes.

I took the Skaar thing as a joke and not setting anything up, given how the episode/season ended.

You say that like it’s a bad thing.

They were definitely a thing during House of M. Outside of that, I don't think so?

Sam fucking Elliott is available and better.

You’re in luck, because he voiced Dr. Fate on justice League and Justice League Unlimited.

For me, it was losing so many major characters at once. I was fine with Stark dying, but losing Vision and Cap at the same time, along with Black Widow kind of ruined my suspension of disbelief.

They've still got to slot Armor Wars in there, too.

That clip made no sense! You've got four people with superpowers and one the best hand-to-hand combatants/leaders in the DCU and they attack one by one?

Wes made an appearance in the Season 2 finale; I'm guessing that's all we're getting.
