Not to mention that they’ll have to wait for the kids to hit puberty to manifest their powers.* Imagine raising your child for ten, twelve years and then, oh sorry, Billy doesn’t have powers, he’s got to go.

Ghost Rider hung out with Jesus back in the seventies. Or that was Tony Isabella’s intent, but Jim Shooter said no and rewrote the issue so it was all a demonic illusion.

He was an old Ace Magazine character that fell into public domain and Fraction reworked him a bit.

Now playing

Any mention of Degrassi— and specifically Manny— reminds me of this and then I laugh about it for the next hour:

What about running with a weight vest?

Was that motherfucking RAZORFIST?!

Where do I sign?

More of an outline of a fanfic, but yeah.

Really? How’s Batman’s Grave end?

Thank you, I realized how that sounded after it was too late.

Many moons ago, a friend and I started joking about this franchise because he’d seen Tokyo Drift (or the fourth one). He was explaining the timeline of the film and it somehow lead to us breaking a story for a sequel. The title was 6 Fast 6 Furious (or whatever sequel it would have been) and the plot was this:

Too bad Warren Ellis was outed as a sex pest, otherwise, we could have got another Red movie.

Pitch Black was great and if they do another movie like that instead of the sequels? I’m in.

If anyone wants to see a truly complete list of Starfleet uniforms (including dress and specialty variants), here you go.

I think it was Simon Pegg who explained that Nero’s time travel created a ripple that went forward and backward in time, so events prior to his arrival were also altered. Those ugly uniforms could be one of the changes.

Those Kelvin blue uniforms are insanely boring and pretty much the worst. The lack of color, no collar on the shirt... Everything about it is boring and lame. The Picard uniforms are worse, if only because they look so cheap. The 2399 uniforms aren’t completely terrible, albeit uninspired.

Ash would be able to stroll through this, grab the money and walk out within an hour.

Fucking Diet Coke. Ugh.

Battle uniforms did appear in a couple of DS9 episodes, albeit torn to hell because the wearers went toe-to-toe with Klingons and/or Jem’Hadar.

The cadet version appears in a photo in Nemesis, so eight?
