You gotta admit that at least Microsoft seems to be working harder at adding new features than Sony. The PS4 is still lacking a bunch of essential things and they've been pretty slow at adding them so far.

It just seems to make more sense doing the opposite: if you're easily scared it dials back, but if you're sitting there unimpressed it cranks to the max.

I know that the above nominated Logitech G930 supports it, and is wireless. I would be surprised if their entire line of gaming headsets don't support it since it is done in software through the Logitech Gaming control panel. You can, of course, even adjust the volume of your own voice played back.
