Remember when The Office (US) did a clip show episode? That actually pretty much broke the entire premise of the show (a documentary) for me. And then they turned the whole thing into like, a two hour PBS special in the last season, just to spit on the corpse a little bit.

You seem like an incredibly bitter asshole. Why?

FLAC is a fine compromise for any album that deserves the lossless encode, but a V0 mp3 in most cases sounds indistinguishable from anything of higher bitrate and it's a lot smaller. Agree that records have a nice sound, but really…most audiophiles are in constant pursuit of a better placebo.
