“The incident happened my junior year at Columbia, when Paul followed me upstairs at a party, came into a room with me uninvited, closed the door behind us, and grabbed me. I politely said, “Hey, no, come on, let’s go back downstairs.” He didn’t listen. He held me close to him as I said no, and continued to pull me

Um, nobody is policing anyone’s body or suggesting they are dirty. Nor was I suggesting that pussy needs to taste like fruit. How you even made the leap to “dirty” rather than say, “not sweet” is beyond me tbh. Vaginas do however have a natural pH that can be maintained, in my personal experience, with lots of fruit

That’s a picture of a man devouring his son.

This is awful. There’s no excuse for this, and the people who did it are cruel.

Okay lemme play devil’s advocate here for a sec.

I’m not trying to troll this story in any way, but does it bother anyone that this guy has never been convicted of anything..yes, the university handled this completely improperly, but smoke doesn’t always mean fire. Please keep in mind I’m not trying to defend this guy, but I do feel we’re crossing a line here in

A woman crying over something she read on the internet. That’s original

Maybe because people are always super fucking judgmental about celebrities’ faces?

First of all, this isn’t an entirely new idea, only new evidence for an old idea (Muller’s ratchet).

How many times has she read about how wrong her face is? How many times has someone posted video, meme, or comment about her nose, or her butt, or her boobs? So she goes out and buys new ones, but those ones aren’t right either, and then she gets to read and hear about how screwed up her body and face are?

Celebrity bicycle.

Honestly, whatever. I get why this stuff gets posted all the time. But you know what? Next time you feel the urge to tell some MRA douche that feminism is for men too, just shut the fuck up instead because you're full of it.

"But the objectification of men is a false equivalency to the objectification of women, because what's being fetishized is strength. Virility, capability, vigor, fortitude. Power. In a world where men actually do have power."

S/he seems kind of unhinged. I responded with similar levels of dismissiveness to her post, and s/he dismissed it after it received too many stars. Here's the copy:
