Good thing I’m not from America. But I’ve seen enough news about shooters that get labelled as “deeply disturbed” when simply they’re a terrorist or a murderer.

I think it was... mandatory or encouraged in the DS/Wii, 3DS/Wii U era? I remember most, if not all of my DS and 3DS games had that warning. But then a lot of people complained so they removed it for the Switch. *sigh* It wasn’t even nagging. Just a reminder to take a break once in a while.
