Since his previous sentence was probation it’s unlikely he actually claimed being born in Atlanta. It’s more likely someone just filled that part out when he said he was from Atlanta. Which isn’t the same thing as born local.

Reminds me of Alberta judge Robin Camp who was forced to resign (but apparently is able to practice law again, ugh) after a combo of minimizing an assault and blaming it on the victim. Hoping you guys can similarly oust this guy.
