A new mid-range phone is more “up-to-date” than last year’s flagship, and probably still cheaper.

I’m relatively happy with my Moto X4. I want a flagship with all the bells and whistles, but the truth is I could spend $1,000 on a god damn cell phone, and I still won’t get what I want, so I’m going to sit this round out.
