The music in all of these is absoletely horrendous.

This is an incorrect use for this icon, within the context of the way Microsoft has always used it in the past (including on Xbox One and SmartGlass). It has always meant "more..." (thus the ellipsis icon), not "edit"

If the owner of the business happens to smoke, they won't give a flying fuck about their customers. I think it's fair to restrict smoking in certain places, like inside stores, airplanes and restaurants. Places where you might need to be able to go. Smokers can choose not to smoke, but asthmatic people can't choose…

Well, where I live (Belgium), prior to the smoking ban, I never encountered a single pub where they banned smoking. Hell, most pubs even sold cigarettes.

Smoking bans are great. I love being able to sit in a restaurant or airplane without choking and coughing. Considering there's literally no debate over whether smoking is bad for you anymore, it's a bit of a surprise that there's so many who still smoke at all. It's just plain disgusting.
