In my life I've been attacked twice by a dog. Both could have been prevented if the fucking dog were on a leash for fucks sake.

Thank you for reminding me of this game, it got me onto an entertaining article about the dark side of "the sims online".

You have to go online to disable the online requirement?

I often just take a default face or use the randomiser because when I try to do something good, I often end up with something like that:

It's just all bullshit. Remember when they said that the kinect didn't use the consoles power because it had an on-device processor? Now they're saying that the console will have more power because they Kinect doesn't need it. And wait, it goes even further, they say in the same interview that the on-device kinect

We were discussing Microsoft's move to start selling an Xbox One without Kinect next month, which lead to questions from me about things like Kinect-less voice commands and a reallocation of processing power from Kinect to other parts of the console.

They're just going under another name to keep the surprise.

And you really think that'll happen or even make sense for them?

So you're saying me that the angled blurry picture of a excel file saying that Half Life 3 will be presented could be fake? I got it from a reliable source, it's the girlfriend of a friends friend that gave it to me, he's working as delivery man at a pizza company. I'd rather hold on my hopes and believe that it's

You mean taking hints from steam, the moding community and indies or were you talking about the first-party titles on PC?

"The platform is the problem"

It makes me sad that you think this because my family's company isn't like that. We already made decisions that would benefit the whole community instead of just us.

Even if they went back with their "always online", "DRM", "no-trade-in", "paid online" and "mandatory kinect" policies, it's a clear enough sign that you shouldn't trust this company. They're only there to rip you off and will do it again next chance they have.

It's Microsoft we're talking about here. But we can all dream, no?

Any DRM is, what's your point? On a PC you can chose what you want or not, you're not forced to use Steam. On the Xbox one you'd have no choice but to bend to the rules of Microsoft.

You can sugarcoat DRM all you want, but DRM stays DRM, the system Microsoft wanted to add is just anti-consumer.

Ridiculous how long it took. No, this is not a shot against Microsoft, it's a shot against people that were dumb enough to pay for something that could be had for free everywhere else. Microsoft was smart to profit from those people.

Until they saw how much worse it sold than the competition. Just imagine if they'd stick with their nearly-always-online-DRM, it would be a complete and utter disaster.

Wait, but that's all just standard stuff. It wasn't in the game from the beginning? O_o

Slow down right there, just because one commenter says something like this, it doesn't mean that every gamer thinks it.
